“I’m so excited to bring Glowing Mamma classes to Bromsgrove and Redditch. I wouldn’t have been without Glowing Mamma classes during my own pregnancy and postnatal journey. In particular helping me to recover safely from birth and achieve my goal of returning to CrossFit healthy and strong, whilst having fun and making friends too.”
Jenna has been a qualified midwife for 23 years and is currently working as a community midwife and specialist tongue tie practitioner. She lives in Hartlebury with her husband and three boys aged 9, 11 and 13.
“I’m really excited about launching Glowing Mamma in Bewdley and Hartlebury. I’ve always had an interest in fitness and exercise since starting couch to 5km when my youngest was 3 months old. I always struggled to find the time to run with 3 young boys so had to run at 6am! I wish something like Glowing Mamma had been around then. After running for a few years and completing 10kms and a half marathon, I then started strength training and have been doing CrossFit for the last 3 years.”

“I am incredibly excited to bring Glowing Mamma across the water to Northern Ireland. As a midwife, I’ve seen first-hand how important it is for women to feel strong, supported, and confident during pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period. Having the opportunity to combine my expert knowledge and love of fitness to safely support women’s physical and emotional wellbeing is a privilege. I’m passionate about empowering women to feel their best during this special time, and I can’t wait to share these classes with the community in Northern Ireland.”
